I started this fourth "Gary" just before last year's Worldcon. It began as an inverted ship fuselage but with a Monogram "RAG Boat" cabin and deck top inserted into the bottom. The windows were supposed to be shuttle bays, but they weren't large enough. P-47 hulls and F-14 noses brought-up the rear.
When I got back into town the detailing started, this time with more 1/35 armor parts than aircraft parts.
It got the prettiest color, Azure Blue. The flat panels on the side cried-out for some kind of pattern, so I did a two-tone of SAC Bomber Tan and SAC Bomber Green.
